Future Typo 3

The Future Typo 3 Typeface System marks a decisive shift from the letter as sign to the letter as spatial object. Developed between 2004 and 2005 under the working title Dimension, it is the first Future Typo typeface conceived as a three dimensional system in virtual space, designed to operate across print, screen, animation, and sculptural form.

Rather than translating a two dimensional drawing into volume, each character is constructed as a modular structure built from layered elements. Letters can shift, rotate, fold, and realign, so meaning is no longer fixed on a surface. Legibility becomes conditional, emerging through spatial orientation and controlled perspective.

Future Typo 3 is not simply a font. It is a spatial language and a typographic architecture that operates across print, screen, object, and virtual space.
